DynamicFee
BaseRegisteredUniswap v4 hook that lets an off-chain keeper dynamically set LP fees per pool within configurable min/max bounds, with a TTL-based expiry that falls back to a default fee. Also charges a separate hook fee per swap, minted as ERC-6909 claims to a treasury address.
