Charges a flat ETH fee (2% platform + up to 2% optional community fee) on every swap in gazz.fun v4 pools, always denominated in native ETH regardless of swap direction. Forwards platform fees to GazzFeeSplitter and community fees to GazzCommunityRouter; restricts pool initialization to native ETH pairs only.
