BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for the Saturn Omnichain protocol that records the initial tick after liquidity bootstrapping. The afterInitialize callback is a no-op; liquidity initialization is triggered externally via initializePools(), which calls an ISaturnOmnichainLiquidityBootstrapper contract to bootstrap pools and store the initial tick.
