A 1:1 ETH↔phiEth custom curve hook. In beforeSwap, it takes the input token from the PoolManager, mints or burns phiEth via the phiEth contract, settles the output token back, and returns a BeforeSwapDelta that cancels the AMM concentrated-liquidity swap. Liquidity addition is permanently blocked; only ETH/phiEth pools with zero fee are accepted at initialization.
