Implements a 1:1 custom-curve swap between ETH (currency0) and phiEth (currency1) by intercepting beforeSwap, taking the full input from the PoolManager, wrapping or unwrapping ETH via the phiEth contract, and returning a BeforeSwapDelta that bypasses concentrated liquidity entirely. Only ETH/phiEth pools with zero fee are permitted at initialization, and adding liquidity is permanently blocked.
