BaseRegisteredToken launchpad hook that deploys new ERC-20 tokens with a configurable bonding curve pool. Blocks external pool initialization and liquidity additions, reserving those operations for its own factory flow. On each swap it collects a 1% fee (split 50/50 between creator and platform via afterSwapReturnsDelta), and automatically migrates liquidity to a new full-range AMM pool once the bonding curve supply is exhausted.
