LaunchHook
BaseRegisteredFee-splitting hook that extracts a configurable platform fee (up to 5%) and a per-pool creator fee (up to 20%) from each exact-input swap via BeforeSwapDelta. Only pools registered by the factory are subject to fees; pool initialization is gated to the factory, and exact-output swaps always revert.
