BaseRegistered

V4PoolHook charges a fixed 1% protocol fee on exact-input swaps by intercepting input tokens via poolManager.take() and returning a BeforeSwapDelta; exact-output swaps are unconditionally blocked. Accumulated fees are claimable by a designated FEE_COLLECTOR role, and liquidity addition is restricted to an lpManager until a CONFIG_ADMIN enables public liquidity.
