AquinasPoolHook
BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook that restricts pool initialization to addresses pre-authorized by the Aquinas factory. Only the designated Safe address for a given pool may call PoolManager.initialize(), preventing unauthorized parties from initializing pools for Aquinas DAOs.
