A hook for NFT strategy tokens that applies a time-decaying buy fee (starting at 95%, decaying to a flat 15% over blocks) and a flat 15% sell fee, collected via afterSwapReturnsDelta. Fees are split between an active FeeContract vault and protocol wallets; pool initialization and liquidity addition are restricted to authorized NFT strategies only.
