Implements a 1:1 custom swap curve between native ETH and phiETH (a wrapped ETH token). The entire swap is executed in beforeSwap via a delta return: input is taken from the PoolManager, phiETH is minted or burned through the phiEth contract, and output is settled back. Liquidity provision is blocked; the pool functions purely as a fee-free ETH↔phiETH conversion mechanism.
