Implements a custom 1:1 swap curve between ETH and phiEth (an ETH wrapper token). In beforeSwap, the hook takes the full input from the PoolManager, converts it via phiEth deposit/withdraw, and settles the output — fully bypassing the concentrated liquidity mechanism via BeforeSwapDelta. Direct liquidity additions to the pool are blocked.
