A political meme token trading hook that deploys ETH/POL token pools and tracks daily net ETH inflows per pool. Takes a 2% fee on all swaps (ETH→POL in beforeSwap, POL→ETH in afterSwap), forwards fees to a collector address, and records flows to determine each day's highest-inflow pool. Holders of the winning pool's token can claim governance token rewards.
