Implements a 1:1 custom curve for swapping ETH and phiEth (a wrapped ETH token). In beforeSwap, it takes the input, converts it via phiEth.deposit/withdraw, settles the output directly, and returns a full delta to no-op the standard AMM logic. Direct liquidity provision is blocked.
