BaseRegisteredA buyback-and-burn hook that maintains a donation pot per pool: on sells of the designated main token, the pot absorbs the trade at the pool's own execution price (shield, via BeforeSwapDelta); on buys, it spends pot funds to buy more main (pump). Optionally runs an LP fee program with auto-compounding and configurable fee splits per pool.
