BaseRegisteredSpawnerHook is a Uniswap V4 hook for the SPAWN token ecosystem that takes a configurable fee on each swap and distributes it among token creators, parent token chains, and the protocol. After each swap, it also triggers automatic creation of a new "spawn" token via the Spawner contract.
