Collects a fixed 5% trading fee on swaps in registered pools, routing 0.5% to a treasury and 4.5% to token creators via a RevenueVault. Uses beforeSwap for exact-input buys and afterSwap for sells and exact-output buys, with WETH unwrapped to ETH before distribution.
