Implements a 1:1 ETH/phiETH swap hook with a custom constant-price curve. In beforeSwap, the hook takes the full input amount from the PoolManager, converts it via phiEth.deposit or phiEth.withdraw, and settles the output directly, bypassing concentrated liquidity entirely. Liquidity addition to the pool is blocked.
