BaseRegisteredUniswap v4 hook for wBLT-paired pools that replaces standard LP fee collection with custom fee handling: overrides the dynamic LP fee to 0 and takes fees always in wBLT, forwarding them to a FeeProcessor. Syncs DailyEpochGauge and IncentiveGauge on every swap. Pools must include wBLT as one of the two currencies and must use dynamic LP fees.
