A custom-curve hook implementing 1:1 ETH↔phiEth swaps. In beforeSwap, it takes the full input from the PoolManager, mints or burns phiEth via an external strategy contract, then settles the output, bypassing concentrated liquidity entirely. Adding liquidity to the pool is permanently blocked. Only ETH/phiEth pairs with zero fee are accepted.
