A Uniswap v4 hook that implements a 1:1 custom swap curve between ETH and phiEth (an ETH liquid wrapper). Swaps are fulfilled directly via phiEth deposit/withdraw, returning a full BeforeSwapDelta to bypass concentrated liquidity entirely. Liquidity addition is blocked; only ETH/phiEth pool pairs with zero fee are accepted.
