A Uniswap v4 hook that charges configurable buy and sell fees (in basis points) on swaps involving a designated fee token. Fees are collected in the fee token via BeforeSwapDelta and AfterSwapDelta return values and forwarded to a configurable recipient contract, with separate rates for buy and sell operations.
