BaseRegisteredBonding curve hook for player token / country token pairs. Intercepts all swaps via beforeSwapReturnsDelta, applying a custom pricing formula with a 5% fee (fully burned). Swaps are gated on per-country phase 2 activation (all packs sold) and an owner-controlled pause.
