Implements a 1:1 ETH↔phiEth custom swap curve using beforeSwapReturnsDelta, minting phiEth on ETH-in swaps and burning it on phiEth-in swaps. Completely bypasses the concentrated liquidity AMM and blocks all direct liquidity additions to the pool.
