BaseRegisteredA Uniswap v4 hook for token launches that manages a fair launch phase (one-sided liquidity position with temporal gating and optional Merkle-proof whitelisting), captures and distributes swap fees to protocol, creator, referrer, and swapper recipients, and blocks direct pool initialization — requiring tokens to be deployed through the hook's own `publiphi` function.
