Liquid Launch Hook
BaseRegisteredAccess-controlled initialization hook for a liquid launch system. Only strategies authorized via a factory may initialize pools. In beforeSwap, automatically converts accumulated protocol fees to the pool's preferred token (token0 or token1) via nested swaps on the same pool; fee claiming is permissionless but always routes to the strategy's designated fee recipient.
