A hook implementing a 1:1 custom curve for ETH/phiEth swaps, bypassing normal AMM pricing. On each swap it takes the input token, converts via phiEth.deposit() or phiEth.withdraw(), and settles output 1:1. Direct liquidity additions to the pool are blocked via beforeAddLiquidity revert.
