BaseRegisteredFee-splitting hook that skims a fixed 1% platform fee plus a configurable creator fee (0–20%) from every exact-input swap via BeforeSwapDelta, forwarding creator fees directly to the token contract. Pool initialization is gated to a factory address; exact-output swaps are unconditionally rejected.
