Each coin is 1B fixed supply, trading through a concentrated hook-owned curve position until 800M tokens sell, at which point the hook auto-graduates by converting to a permanently locked full-range position. Enforces 1% fees (70/30 creator/platform split), anti-snipe decay, a permanent 2% per-wallet buy cap, and a block+1 trading delay.
