UCrossHookV4 is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. On each exact-input swap, deducts a configurable fee (up to 3%) from the input currency by minting ERC-6909 claims to itself and returning a BeforeSwapDelta that reduces the effective swap amount. Accrued fees can be collected permissionlessly to a treasury address. Exact-output swaps and zero-fee cases pass through unchanged.
