Single-pool hook for the Bucket Protocol that charges a configurable USDT swap fee (1–5% BPS) via beforeSwapReturnsDelta and afterSwapReturnsDelta, routing fees to an epoch-based fee escrow. Liquidity provision is restricted to a designated LP lock contract; trading requires governance bootstrap finalization and an epoch start timestamp.
