BVCCDynamicFeeHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. Dynamic LP fee hook with a configurable base fee (default 0.01%) and a 1.5% anti-bot penalty applied when a user swaps within 300 seconds of their last swap. Also charges a 0.005% admin fee taken directly from swap output amounts via afterSwapReturnsDelta.
