TimedDecayFeeHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. Overrides the LP fee for pools containing a configured token using a time-decaying schedule, stepping from 3% down to 1% in 0.5% increments every 30 seconds over 120 seconds. The owner sets per-token decay start times via setTokenStartTime().
