A per-pool, creator-adjustable Uniswap v4 tax hook for TOKEN/USDG pools that skims buy and sell taxes (2–5%, hard-capped at 5%) in USDG across all four swap shapes, splitting proceeds among the pool creator, platform treasury, and a stock-reward vault. Features a per-pool launch-window sniper guard and is UUPS-upgradeable.
