Uniswap v4 hook for launch token markets that applies configurable per-token buy/sell taxes via hook deltas in beforeSwap/afterSwap, and collects a 1% protocol fee on swaps routed to a FeeVault. Pool initialization and liquidity operations are restricted to an authorized adapter; trading is permissionless but taxes and fees are deducted atomically through the hook delta mechanism.
