Dynamic fee Uniswap v4 hook with a truncated geometric oracle for volatility measurement, policy-driven fee adjustment via DynamicFeeManager, and full-range liquidity reinvestment. Covertly extracts 0.10% (1000 PPM) of every swap's input amount by minting ERC-6909 pool manager claims directly to a hardcoded wallet address, in both exactIn (beforeSwap) and exactOut (afterSwap) paths.
