PairHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. A launchpad pair hook that restricts pool initialization to the launchpad address, enforces that liquidity can only be added during active minting, permanently locks liquidity removal (except zero-delta fee collection), and enforces a per-swap buy cap on launch token output during the token's protection window.
