A Uniswap v4 hook that applies direction-dependent static LP fees per pool (a "vorax" fee and a "paired" fee) by calling updateDynamicLPFee on every swap, and deducts a configurable protocol fee from swap amounts via beforeSwap/afterSwap delta adjustments. Supports an optional time-limited MEV module that can temporarily raise fees during pool launch, and prevents liquidity additions while the MEV module is active.
