IndexFeeHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. Charges a fixed 3% fee on all swaps, always collected in native ETH (currency0), sent directly to an immutable treasury address. The fee is applied via return deltas: in beforeSwap when ETH is the specified currency, and in afterSwap when ETH is the unspecified currency. Pools where currency0 is not native ETH pass through untaxed.
