BNBRegisteredLimitOrderHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. Records the pre-swap tick in transient storage during beforeSwap, then in afterSwap calls an external LimitOrderManager to execute limit orders based on tick movement. Also exposes an admin-controlled updateDynamicLPFee function to adjust the pool's LP fee.
