BscpegHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. After each swap on the owner-configured pool, generates entropy from block data (chainid, number, prevrandao) and calls BscpegToken.recordSwap() to potentially mint peg tokens to the swapper. An optional hookData address argument overrides the token recipient; without hookData the swapper address is used.
