A single-pool hook for native BNB/NLSTR that restricts liquidity provision to a treasury address and applies a dynamic LP fee decaying linearly from 95% to 10% over a configurable period after launch. Includes a temporal single-transaction buy-size cap during the decay window to limit large buys at launch.
