Single-pool hook for the Bucket Protocol that applies a configurable USDT fee on swaps, minting ERC-6909 claims to settle fees into an epoch-based escrow. Restricts liquidity modifications to a designated LP lock contract during bootstrap, and blocks all swaps until bootstrap is finalized by an admin and the epoch start timestamp is reached.
