AccessControlHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on BNB Chain. A beforeSwap hook that enforces owner-managed access control in two configurable modes: blacklist mode (all swaps allowed except for blacklisted addresses) or whitelist mode (only whitelisted addresses can swap). The owner can toggle modes and manage address lists at any time.
