An on-chain smart order router that intercepts swaps via `beforeSwap` and fans them out across multiple hardcoded Uniswap v3 and v4 liquidity pools. It reads real-time prices via an RFQ mechanism, sorts pools by effective price, routes the swap through the best-priced venues using `BeforeSwapDelta`, and collects a service fee via `donate`. Liquidity addition and pool initialization are restricted to a single admin address (enforced via `tx.origin`).
