EthereumRegisteredShared Uniswap v4 hook that applies a configurable ETH-denominated swap fee (1%–10%, fixed at pool registration) on native ETH/token pools. The total fee is split between the token creator and an immutable Launcher treasury (fixed 0.10% share), accruing as ERC-6909 claims redeemable by creator or Launcher. LP fee is zero; no token transfer tax.
