A Uniswap v4 hook that acts as an on-chain aggregator, routing swaps across up to 6 hardcoded V3 and V4 pools using a price-sorted RFQ algorithm. Returns a BeforeSwapDelta to settle the aggregated output atomically. Liquidity additions and pool initialization are restricted to an admin address (ADMIN constant).
