A hook and ERC20 token (COVEP) that collects a 10% tax (1000 bps) on ETH-paired buys and sells, taking the tax from the pool and forwarding it to a hardcoded treasury address. It also tracks "ritual chains" — consecutive sequences of 13 unique buyers each spending ≥0.5 ETH — sealing a coven on completion; a sell by a chain member resets the chain.
