EthereumRegisteredLivoSwapHook is a Uniswap v4 hook on Ethereum. A singleton, ownerless Uniswap v4 hook for tokens graduated via LivoGraduatorUniswapV4 that collects LP fees and time-limited buy/sell taxes on ETH/token swaps. Fees are split between a configurable LP fee router (treasury + creator) and the token's master fee handler, with fee amounts determined per-token via ILivoToken.getSwapFees().
