A singleton Uniswap v4 hook that charges a time-decaying ETH swap tax on every pool launched by GweiFunLaunchpad, forwarding the tax to the token deployer. Buy and sell tax rates decay linearly from a configured start rate to a floor, and can only ever be lowered by the tax recipient. Includes an optional per-transaction buy cap that lapses after a configurable deadline.
